He has more than two years of retail experience and is excited to continue growing in his current role by supporting efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Before transitioning into retail, Jacob served four years in the United States Marine Corps, including multiple combat deployments, where he developed discipline, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure. He then spent eight years in telecommunications business sales, building strong client relationships and driving results, followed by four years as a Management Analyst at Tinker Air Force Base, where he supported organizational effectiveness and process improvement initiatives.

Jacob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma and enjoys applying his diverse experience to solve problems, support teams, and contribute to organizational success.
