Although Ray hasn’t served in uniform, he has military service in his family, dating back to George
Washington and Robert E. Lee. He is committed to serving our fighting men and women.

Ray has been working with Warriors for Freedom since 2012, as he hosts the Warrior Shootout at Rose Creek in Edmond each summer. The Warrior Shootout allows Ray to blend a love of golf, which he’s been playing
since the age of five and a passion to heal the hidden wounds of war, Post-Traumatic Stress and
Traumatic Brain Injury.

Ray is the Business Development Manager for BG Products, Oklahoma and the Texas panhandle. BG
Products is the world’s leader in automotive preventive maintenance and was founded in 1971 by seven
WWII veterans. BG proudly begins each meeting with a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.

Ray earned a degree in Marketing from Southern Nazarene University in 1993 and Master’s degree in
Education from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2001. Ray and his wife, Sherri, reside in Edmond
with their two children, Samuel and Alexandra. Ray’s oldest daughter, Emily lives in Piedmont with her
husband, Josh (US Navy veteran) and daughter, Josie Jane.
